We are designing a program to address a major issue facing non-travelling high school qualified players.
If a player's high school coach does not field a summer team their chance of finding a team diminishes tremendously.
If the player is still developing and in need of additional technical improvements their chances of selection drop again.
Finally, there are fewer parent coaches still maintaining cohesive teams and the pool of teams is incredibly small.
It is a difficult challenge for a player to find an organization to play with.
All Baseball, Inc.
is attempting to round up these players and put them to practice and playing games. Players will be assigned by
position to balance rosters most effectively. They will practice in organized fashion under qualified instructional
and volunteer supervision. It is our effort to find a position for every current high school player interested
and give the games and training necessary to continue their development.
The "Tigers" roster consists of 14 year olds formed around common objectives and playing to improve technically and athletically. They
will be getting a glimpse of high school freshman baseball. There may be some openings in this age by late June.
The Red Sox forming from summer camp pre-registration and practice orientation workouts are a mix of 15 year olds from
a number of schools. First impressions are they have great team speed.
The Yankees as the pre-eminent franchise of all time will be assigned the most experienced players participating in our
activity. It is likely to take some time to selectively build this team and current age of players are 16-17
years old.
The goal as always remains the quality of game experiences learned
and quantity of instructional training performed on a daily basis. Winning and losing is less a factor when it
is the fundamental basics that are most needed. However, competitive desire once ignited is rarely put back to rest.
